This includes indecent or suggestive remarks, unwanted touching, or unwelcome pressure for sexual activity. Junior's Models Management does not tolerate any form of sexual harassment. If you are the victim of sexual harassment on set or anywhere else, you have the right to speak up.

Junior's Models Management doesn’t allow any cancellations, refunds, transfers or exchanges once the booking is confirmed. It is at the sole discretion of Junior's Models Management to cancel any booking. In the event the Client cancels then the Event cancellation fee will be 100% of total cost. All cancellation must be received in writing.

If due to circumstances beyond our control it becomes necessary to make any other alterations to the Event, which may be of a higher or lower standard, we shall inform you of the changes as soon as possible. You must pay any additional cost due to such changes. If the changes are, in our view, so substantial as to materially alter the Event and you are unwilling to accept them then you may cancel the Event and we will give a refund of the cost of the Event to us. Surcharges may be applicable where an Event requires a minimum number of participants to proceed, and the group does not meet this minimum number. If this value is greater, then you must pay us the difference in price.

Recruitment warning – Beware of imposters

Junior's Models Management is warning clients about scammers posing as employees of the Junior's Models Management in order to steal their personal information.

Junior's Models Management and its allied companies and / or partnership firms are sounding the alarm about two types of scams. In the first, an individual gets a phone call with an automated recording saying that their kid’s registration is cancelled due to some xyz reason”. The fraudster then provides a phone number and says the person must call it to fix the problem or else the kid’s future will be affected. Anyone who does call the number is asked to provide personal information the scammer can then use to commit identity theft or other fraud.

In the other scam, the caller pretends to work for Junior's Models Management and asks the person to verify personal information, including name, date of birth and address.

Junior's Models Management strongly discourages people from providing personal information over the telephone unless they are certain of who is on the other end of the line. In cases when the real Junior's Models Management executive does call individuals, the company/firm has usually contacted the person before.

If you receive a suspicious call from someone claiming to be from Junior's Models Management, you should report that information to at contact@juniorsmodels.com. If you have questions about a phone call, email, text message or any other type of communication claiming to be from Junior's Models Management, you can contact our help line number to make sure it is legitimate.

Recording Your Event

Junior's Models Management would like to make an audio or video recording of their event. The recording can then be used for a number of purposes such as making it available on Junior's Models Management’s website for people who could not attend the event. If you do intend to record your event, you will need to get permission from all of the presenters or the performers involved. You should also make it clear to them how the recording will be used.

The Audio-Visual Consent Deed

It is not necessary to get consent from members of the audience who might incidentally be included in the recording, for example by asking a question or appearing in the background. However, it is recommended that you inform members of the audience that the event will be recorded so that individuals can request that they not be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded. The subject of a photograph does not hold any copyright in the photograph, copyright is owned by the photographer. You may, however, need to consider other legal issues such privacy when using a photograph of a person. A photograph of a person, where they can be clearly identified, is considered personal information and is likely to be protected by both state and federal privacy laws.

If you are taking photographs of people at your event and you intend to publish or use these photographs, either electronically or in print, you should get written consent from the people in the photograph. Likewise, if you use existing photographs of people as part of your event, e.g. in publications, brochures or posters etc, you will need to get their consent. If you are taking photographs of the large groups of people attending your event, for example crowds attending Open Day, it may not be possible to get consent from every person in the photograph.
